Giulia Lucchini

Giulia Lucchini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and employee relations. As the Founder of Radiant Wave since January 2020, Giulia has also held the position of Senior Advisor, Organizational Effectiveness at BC Transit since August 2021, focusing on employee experience and cultural initiatives. Previous roles include Manager of People & Organizational Development at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, where Giulia led HR strategy and systems implementation, and Director of Employee Relations and Organizational Development at Yukon University, contributing to the institution’s transition to university status. Giulia's career also features significant positions in change management and organizational development at The City of Edinburgh Council, Eurostar, and Hilton. Giulia holds a degree in Management and Leadership Development, with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from The Open University Business School.
