Dave Lawrence

Dave Lawrence has extensive experience in the automotive industry, starting their career in 1997 with Direct Line Group, where they gained comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of bodyshop work. Dave then joined BMW Group as a fleet refurbishment specialist from 2012 to 2014. In 2013, they became a Regional Operations Manager at Cox Automotive Europe, a role they held until 2022. Dave is currently the Head of Operations - EOC at BCA UK, a position they have held since February 2022.

Dave Lawrence has a GCSE A-C degree from Wath Comprehensive. Dave also completed a modern apprenticeship in motor vehicle body repair, receiving an NVQ degree from 1995 to 2000. In 2004, they obtained ATA accreditation in vehicle body repair from College 200. In 2015, Dave acquired NAMA accreditation in vehicle inspection standards from Stephenson College. Dave has additional certifications in advanced driving and assessment from RoSPA, obtained in 2016. Dave also holds certifications from BVRLA, NAMA, NVQ, and IMI.
