Fellows Mark

Fellows Mark currently serves as the Technical Operations & Development Director at BCA UK, a position held since October 2020. Prior to this, Mark was the Group Aftersales Director at Renault Retail Group UK from February 2008 to October 2020, following a successful career in various managerial roles including Regional Aftersales Manager at Mercedes-Benz UK Ltd from February 2005 to February 2008, Ford CMA Manager at Reg Vardy plc from June 2001 to February 2005, and Operations Manager at Zahid Tractor (Renault International) from November 1996 to June 2001. Mark began the professional journey at Renault Group as an Aftersales Manager between July 1983 and November 1996. Educational qualifications include a General Management degree from Cranfield School of Management (2014-2015), a degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Wolverhampton (1998-2006), and earlier studies at Dudley School of Technology and Parkfield Secondary School.
