James Morris

James Morris is a seasoned Learning and Development Specialist with extensive experience in training design, facilitation, and program management. Currently employed at BCA UK since September 2022, James has previously held roles such as a Mindful Resilience Trainer at YGAM, and Training Manager at Bayley & Sage Ltd., where responsibilities included establishing a formal training department. James has also worked as a freelance specialist, enhancing training outcomes and engagement, and has led significant projects, including a £1.4M accredited training initiative at Positively UK. Academic achievements include a Certificate in Humanistic Counselling from Gestalt Centre London, a PTLLS from North Hertfordshire College, and a BSc in Psychology from The University of Glamorgan. James has served as Chair of the Board of Trustees for Hertsaid and is actively involved in various charitable initiatives focused on community empowerment.
