Lee Rudge

Lee Rudge has extensive experience in operations and management within the automotive industry, currently serving as Operations System & Data Manager at BCA UK since July 2014. Prior roles include Assistant General Manager at Ambrosetti (UK) Ltd from January 2004 to May 2022, overseeing a team responsible for the quality control of approximately 12,000 vehicles annually. Lee has previously held managerial positions at RAC Inspection Services, where responsibilities included managing teams of vehicle inspectors and ensuring quality control for Ford Motor Company's remarketing division. Lee began the career as a Site Inspector in 1994, gaining extensive knowledge and expertise in automotive management, supported by a Certificate in Automotive Management from Nottingham University.
