They have worked as a pipe fitter/welder for notable companies such as BP and British Steel, and have fabricated ground support equipment for the MOD. Michael has held positions in the rail industry and gained numerous welding certifications, showcasing their expertise in different techniques and materials. They also possess NEBOSH qualifications in health and safety and have served as a shop floor representative. Currently, Michael is the Head of Design and Fabrication at BCA Automotive Henstridge.
