Michael Hatfield

Michael Hatfield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and sales. Currently serving as the Smart Prepared Operations Support Manager and previously as the Smart Prepared Regional Operations Manager at BCA Marketplace since June 2004, Michael oversees operations across seven centres in the East and West Midlands. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an Account Executive at BCA Birmingham and began a career at Interface Solutions Ltd as a Volume Team Sales Executive in 2003. Michael holds a degree in Computing Science from De Montfort University, obtained between 1998 and 2000, and completed education at Sheldon Heath School from 1991 to 1998.
