Anna Lyan is the Head of Online Sales for SME at Bank CenterCredit, where they develop and implement strategies to enhance online sales and optimize digital sales funnels. Previously, Anna served as the Head of Online Marketing at АО ДБ "Альфа-Банк"​ Казахстан, where they managed comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Anna's earlier roles included Digital Group Head at DASM Group, where they executed digital marketing initiatives for notable clients such as Mars and Unilever, and Social Media Manager at Buzzon digital agency, focusing on content management and promotional campaigns. Anna holds a Master's degree in Business Management and Marketing from Almaty Management University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Deutsch-Kasachische Universität.
