Richard G. Zahn, Sr.

Richard Gregory Zahn Sr. serves as Chairman and CEO of Prospect Real Estate Group since May 2005, focusing on multi-family development, while also holding the same positions at BCC Construction since May 1997. Prior to their business career, Richard Zahn served in the US Army from December 1985 to January 1997 in the 245th Psyops Airborne CO. Special Operations Command. Richard Zahn holds a variety of qualifications, including a licensed FAA pilot from Delta Comair Aviation Academy, an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame, an Associate of Science in EMS-Fire Science from Fayetteville Technical Community College, general studies in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, and completion of the SC Basic Law Enforcement Academy as a graduate law enforcement officer. Additionally, Richard Zahn is a multi-state licensed CGC in Construction Science, acquired through Contractors GC Exam school.
