Ryan Delaney

Ryan Delaney is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction and facilities management sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at BCCI Construction since June 2019, Ryan manages commercial tenant improvement project budgets up to $28 million, oversees project schedules, negotiates contracts, and fosters strategic relationships with clients and subcontractors. Previously, at Stanford University from May 2013 to June 2019 as an Assistant Project Manager and Facilities Manager, Ryan managed student housing operations, led renovation projects, and supervised staff across multiple facilities. Ryan's career began at the Oakland Raiders from July 2007 to December 2018 as a Football Operations Assistant, where responsibilities included overseeing training camp operations. Ryan holds a Master of Arts in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Management from San Francisco State University.
