Christian Dahl

Christian Dahl has a strong background in the travel industry, with extensive experience in human resources and people management. Christian began their career at DFDS Travel as a Manager of HRD before moving on to TQ3 Travel Solutions, where they held the roles of Manager HRD and Director of Human Resources. In 2006, they joined BCD Travel Holding in Germany as the SVP of Global Human Resources, and later became a Business Partner at LMI Danmark. Currently, they are working at BCD Travel as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture, overseeing a team of 14,900 employees and playing a key role in client retention and sales growth.

Christian Dahl attended Borupgaard from 1988 to 1991 where they studied Math & English. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1988, they attended Billums Skole, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in a specific field of study.
