Mandy Jolley

Mandy Jolley is an experienced professional with a strong background in crisis management, event management, and corporate travel. Currently serving as a Senior Crisis Program Manager at BCD Travel since April 2017, Mandy leads projects, manages vendor relationships, and oversees risk management and incident analysis. Previously, as the Director of Development for the Kentucky Yoga Initiative from May 2022 to December 2023, event management and marketing initiatives were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes serving as an Aviation Specialist at Yum! Brands and a Corporate Travel Agent at PNC, focusing on efficiency and cost savings. Mandy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Louisville and an Associate’s Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Sullivan University.
