Marcel de Wit

Marcel de Wit has a strong background in tax and treasury management, with extensive experience in global taxation. Marcel started their career as a Specialist in Corporate Income Tax at Belastingdienst in 1998. From there, they worked as a Tax Manager for Cognos, overseeing tax matters in Northern and Central Europe. Marcel then joined Exact Holding N.V. as a Corporate Tax Manager, a role they held until 2007. At BCD Travel, Marcel has held various positions, including Tax Manager in Global Taxation, Vice President of Global Tax, and currently serves as a Senior Vice President overseeing tax and treasury functions.

Marcel de Wit has a Bachelor's degree in Fiscal Economics from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Master's degree in Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam. Marcel also attended courses in US Corporate Taxation and US Advanced Corporate Taxation and Transferpricing at IBFD in 2017. Additionally, Marcel completed a program in Tax Assurance at Nyenrode Business University in 2011.
