Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, entrepreneurship, and academia. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's expertise in nutrition was also demonstrated through a role as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
