Michelle Potts

Michelle Potts has extensive experience working as a Meeting and Event Coordinator and a Contract Travel Director. Michelle has worked with various companies such as Creative Group, Inc., BCD Travel, Enterprise Events Group, and Meridian Enterprises Corporation. Michelle has been involved in coordinating and directing meetings and events for clients in diverse industries, including pharmaceutical, medical sales, financial, automotive, restaurant, technical, and dot-com. Michelle has also helped implement and administer numerous projects throughout the United States. Michelle has been in the industry since 1990 and has worked with companies like Maritz, MCI Planners, CMI, Carlson, EEG, and Meridian Enterprises. Their most recent position was as a Contract Travel Director for Creative Group, Inc. which they started in 2020.

Michelle Potts holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality and Leisure Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia. In 2023, they obtained a certification in Data Privacy & Information Security V3.2 from Traliant.
