Victor Monroe

Victor Monroe has been working in the technology industry since 2002. In 2002, they were an Associate Engineer at DPS Telecom, where they improved build processes and generated assembly procedures. From 2003 to 2004, they worked at Boomers as an Assistant General Manager, repairing electronic devices, training crew, and creating work schedules. From 2004 to 2019, they were at Pelco by Schneider Electric, where they were the Systems Product Design Leader for COTS Hardware Group. Victor was the Group Lead for hardware spanning all computer system products and accessories. Victor also frequently took on the role of Product Design Lead for hardware in new products. Since 2019, they have been a PLM Team Manager, Product Lifecycle Manager Lead, and System Engineer at BCD.

Victor Monroe attended Clovis West High School from 1995 to 1999, graduating with a degree.
