Mikael Dollo is currently the Directeur des opérations at BCF Life Sciences, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as Global Operation Deputy Director at Rousselot from 2019 to 2023, managing various aspects of production and operations across multiple facilities. Their extensive experience includes roles such as Directeur d’usine and COO for multiple production sites in China, as well as significant positions in production management at companies like Conserverie Paul Paulet Petit Navire and MSD Santé animale. Mikael holds an engineering degree in industrial management from CESI St Nazaire and a BTS in agro-food and biotechnology from Lycée agricole Laval.
