Freddy Dufresne

Freddy Dufresne's work experience includes serving as the Directeur Technique Groupe - COO at Sleever International since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Amcor from 2005 to 2019, taking on various roles such as Plant General Manager, Operation Manager, Responsable UAP, Responsable des services supports a la production, and Responsable technique. Before Amcor, they worked as a Chargé d'affaires at ASSISTEM INDUSTRIE from 2003 to 2005, and as an Ingénieur process at Thomson Multimedia from 1998 to 2005.

Freddy Dufresne has a Bachelor's degree in Micromechanics with a focus on Mechanics from SUPMICROTECH-ENSMM, which they obtained in 1998. Freddy also has a certification in Green Belt for CI 6 Sigma from an internal training session at AMCOR in 2007. In 2013 and 2014, Freddy completed an internal training program at AMCOR called Lead To Outperform 1, which focused on Management of Change and Outperformance Culture. In 2017 and 2018, they attended another internal training program at AMCOR called Lead To Outperform 2, which was focused on Advanced Management and Leading Teams. Finally, in 2023, Freddy obtained a certification from INSEAD in Leading Organizations in Disruptive Times.
