Sophie Libert

Sophie LIBERT is a professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and project management within the cosmetics industry. Currently serving as the Responsable amélioration continue at BCF Life Sciences since May 2019, Sophie oversees the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives at the industrial site. Previously, Sophie worked at GROUPE ROCHER OPERATIONS from April 2003 to December 2018 in various roles, including Chargé de projet amélioration Continue, responsible for coordinating the new supply chain projects. Additional responsibilities included managing logistics, procurement, and new product development for a cosmetics factory, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills across multiple roles. Sophie holds a DESS in project management from IEMN-IAE and a Maitrise in Fine Chemistry from Nantes Université.
