Michael Breeden

Michael Breeden has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Michael started their career as an Income Tax Assistant at Alford, Mckenzie, and Breeden PC, where they prepared income tax returns for corporations and individuals. Michael then worked as a Counselor 1 at the Space and Rocket Center, guiding the public in the use and operation of simulators. Michael gained customer service skills in this role, ensuring public satisfaction and safety.

Breeden then joined the Social Security Administration as a Contact Representative, conducting face-to-face and telephone interviews to assist and advise Social Security recipients. Michael was appointed as the primary contact for combative or aggressive callers due to their ability to diffuse difficult situations.

Moving into the IT field, Breeden then worked as a Systems Analyst II at Calsonic Kansei Corporation, where they designed and maintained SQL Server databases and built intranet interfaces for data entry and business intelligence reporting. Michael Breeden obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of Alabama in Huntsville from 2006 to 2010. Michael then pursued a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the same university from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the certification of MCPS (Microsoft Certified Professional) from Microsoft in May 2014.
