Mike Liu has extensive experience in the agronomy and food industries, serving as Chairman of BCFoods Inc. since January 2000 and President of the China Spice Association since October 2017. Prior to these roles, Mike Liu worked as a Research Associate at UC Davis from January 1998 to January 2000, and held various academic positions at Shandong Agriculture University from October 1985 to December 1998, including Professor, Associate Professor, Lecturer, and Assistant Lecturer. Additionally, Mike Liu was a Visiting Scholar at Texas Tech University from October 1996 to March 1998. An alumnus of Shandong Agricultural University, Mike Liu earned a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy and Crop Science, followed by a Master's degree in the same field from Northwest A & F University.
