Cesar Flores

Cesar Flores has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. In 2022, they joined BCFS Health & Human Services as an Associate Program Director of Operations. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, Cesar worked at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services as a Talent Acquisition Group District Manager. Cesar also served as a Residential Contracts Division Manager at the same organization from 2020 to 2020. From 2018 to 2020, Cesar was a Business/Contracts Manager at Pathways Youth & Family Services, Inc. Before that, they held various roles at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services from 2007 to 2018, including Records Management Group Manager, RMG CSO Supervisor, Hiring Specialist, and RMG RIO Team Lead. Prior to that, between 2011 and 2013, they also completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the same institution. Their education journey began at El Paso Community College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from 2007 to 2010.
