Aman Sandhu has extensive experience in the legal field, starting as a Summer Articled Student at the Department of Justice Canada in 2007. They then served as an Articling Student in the same organization from 2008 to 2009. Aman further developed their legal expertise by joining the Department of Justice - Canada in 2009 as Counsel in Tax Law Services, a role they held until 2016. They then moved to WorkSafeBC, where they initially worked as an Investigations Legal Officer from 2016 to 2018, and later transitioned to the position of Legal Officer III, which they held until 2021. Currently, Aman Sandhu is serving as a Senior Legal Counsel at BC Financial Services Authority starting from November 2021.
Aman Sandhu attended The University of British Columbia from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology/History. Aman then continued their education at the same university from 2005 to 2008, completing a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.
