Björn Ingenleuf has an extensive work experience in the creative and advertising industry. Björn also has experience as a Senior Copywriter at Leo Burnett, where they worked on campaigns for clients such as Canon, McDonald's, Samsung, WWF, and Diageo. During their time at Leo Burnett, they played a key role in the development of the content series "The Lab" by Canon, generating millions of views.

Björn started their career as a Senior Copywriter at Host/Havas, working with clients like Lion Nathan, Coca Cola, Air NZ, hotels.com, and Bankwest. Prior to that, they worked at Jung von Matt SPREE and Jung von Matt, where they contributed to the development and implementation of integrated communication concepts for clients like Mercedes Benz, Nikon, 13th Street, R+V Insurances, BMW, Bitburger Beer, Unilever, TUI, BILD, and IWC.

Björn Ingenleuf completed a Master of Arts degree in Applied Cultural Sciences with a focus on Business Administration, Marketing, Language, and Communication from Leuphana University of Lüneburg, Germany. Björn attended the university from 2000 to 2005. In 2003, they also had a short-term study experience at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia, without specifying a specific degree obtained during that period.
