Cristina Lilly has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cristina is currently the President, North America and Managing Director at BCG BrightHouse since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Managing Director at the same company starting from August 2017. Earlier in their career, Cristina worked as the Director of Marketing at Clixnmortar.com from 2000 to 2001, as an Account Director at Leo Burnett from 1999 to 2000, as part of the Account Management team at Ogilvy & Mather from 1998 to 1999, and as an Account Executive at Bates Worldwide from 1995 to 1998.

Cristina Lilly attended the University of Michigan from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature with a focus on pre-med studies.
