Dolly Meese

Dolly Meese has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dolly began their career as a Marketing Representative at Siemens Power Generation from 2000 to 2003. In 2004, they worked as a Facial & Bath Tissue Summer Intern at Kimberly-Clark. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Consultant at Zyman Group. In 2007, they joined BCG BrightHouse as a Senior Strategist, and later progressed to roles such as Vice President of Strategy and Development, Chief Strategy Officer, and Executive Vice President. Since 2015, Dolly has held the position of Managing Director, Chief Strategy Officer, and EVP at BCG BrightHouse. In 2018, they also became the Global Head of Offerings at BrightHouse, a BCG Company. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director and Global DEI Lead at BCG BrightHouse.

Dolly Meese completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University between 1997 and 2000. Dolly later pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing and Leadership at Emory University - Goizueta Business School from 2003 to 2005.
