Dr. Linda Julianna Matula

Dr. Linda Julianna Matula has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Dr. Linda Julianna began their career as a Marketing Manager at Martrade Group from September 2007 to October 2008. Dr. Linda Julianna then worked as a Management Consultant and Researcher, starting in November 2008 and concluding in August 2015. During this time, they also served as a Guest Lecturer in Strategy, Change, and Communication at the University of Sydney from July 2010 to August 2013.

In 2015, Dr. Matula joined Steinbeis Beratungszentren GmbH as a Management Consultant from October 2015 to March 2016. Dr. Linda Julianna later transitioned to the University of Potsdam as a Guest Lecturer in Talent Management in July 2017.

Dr. Matula's career then took their to EY, where they held various positions in the People Advisory Services division. Dr. Linda Julianna started as a Senior Consultant from April 2016 to September 2017, then progressed to a Manager role from October 2017 to September 2019. Finally, they held the position of Senior Manager from October 2019 to November 2019.

Their most recent role is at BCG BrightHouse, where they began as a Director of Strategy in November 2019 and later became a Senior Director of Strategy from January 2021 onwards.

Dr. Linda Julianna Matula has a diverse education history reflecting their areas of specialization. In 2003, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Cross-Cultural Management at the University of Duisburg-Essen, which they completed in 2007. In 2005, Dr. Matula briefly studied Spanish Language at the University of Buenos Aires. Dr. Linda Julianna then went on to further their academic achievements by pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Change Management and Leadership at the Macquarie Business School from 2010 to 2014. Most recently, in 2018 and 2019, Dr. Matula attended the Dr. Bock Coaching Academy to enhance their skills as a Business Coach.
