Eva Trust

Eva Trust has over 10 years of work experience, starting in 2007 as an SAT Math Instructor at Capitol Educators. Eva then interned at the National Geographic Society as a Translations Intern in 2008. In 2009, Eva became a Student Representative for the Undergraduate Admissions Committee at Georgetown University. In 2010, they worked as a Program Intern at Capitol Partners for Education. Eva joined Capital One in 2011 and held multiple roles, including HR Associate, Senior HR Associate, Principal HR Client Consultant, and US Card Diversity & Inclusion Lead. Eva focused on building a diverse workforce and inclusive culture, implementing strategies, and managing campaigns. Since 2017, Eva has been working at BrightHouse, a BCG Company, where they have held roles such as Associate Strategy Director, Director of Strategy, and currently Senior Director of Strategy.

Eva Trust received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Georgetown University in 2011. During their time at Georgetown, they studied Spanish Language and Literature as well as Russian Literature and Linguistics. Eva then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2015 to 2017. Eva'sfocus areas during their MBA program were Strategy, Marketing, and Human Resources.
