Joseph Saab has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Joseph began their career as an IT Architect at Chrysler in 1999 before moving to DaimlerChrysler as a Manager IT Architecture in 2000. From 2004 to 2019, Joseph worked at IBM, holding various roles including IT Architect, Senior IT Architect, Chief Architect, and CTO and Value Creation Director. During their tenure at IBM, they were responsible for leading innovation in strategic outsourcing, promoting cloud transformation, and closing large and complex deals. In 2019, Joseph joined BCG Platinion as an Associate Director, and later became the Managing Director. Their expertise lies in technology leadership, architecture, and strategic business development.

Joseph Saab holds a Master of Science degree in Business Information Technology from Walsh College, completed between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from UC Irvine from 1996 to 1998. Their undergraduate studies were carried out at the American University of Beirut, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Communications Engineering from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications through Credly and was awarded the title of Distinguished/Chief Architect by The Open Group in July 2010.
