Paolo Valente

Paolo Valente has a wealth of experience in management and consulting roles. Paolo is currently serving as the Managing Director at BCG Platinion since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at UniCredit as the CIO of Wealth Management from September 2019 to October 2022. Before that, Paolo was the Head of Financial Services at Alkemy digital_enabler from March 2018 to August 2019. Paolo also held leadership positions at Ersel as the Director of Strategic Planning and Control, Organization, and IT from November 2010 to February 2018. Paolo began their career at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Principal from January 2006 to October 2010 and spent the earlier years of their career at Accenture as a Senior Manager from January 1997 to January 2006.

Paolo Valente attended Politecnico di Milano from 1988 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
