Brit Neuburger possesses extensive expertise in transformation and legal compliance, currently serving as a Senior Advisor in the BCG Transform Practice at Boston Consulting Group. Previously, Brit held pivotal roles at OSRAM Continental as Chief Transformation Officer and General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer. Additionally, Brit contributed to the Wittur Group in similar legal capacities, and served as Senior Counsel Corporate & Global Head of PG Procurement at The Linde Group. Outside of the corporate sector, Brit is an active Board Member and Ambassador for the non-profit organization Zeltschule e.V.
