Constantin Probst

Constantin Probst is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), specializing in Consumer Goods and Healthcare with a focus on Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB), commercial excellence, business planning, and Trade Terms optimization. Since joining BCG in January 2015, Constantin has taken on leadership roles, including leading ZBB for the EMESA region and serving as a member of the CFS EMESA Leadership Team. Prior to BCG, Constantin held various positions at Roland Berger from August 2011 to December 2014, including Consultant. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Strategic Management from HEC Paris (2012-2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management (2008-2011).
