Erik Lenhard

Erik Lenhard is a Partner and Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since July 2012, specializing in Enterprise Agility across Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa, with responsibilities in delivery and team development. Previously, Erik held various leadership roles at BCG, including Partner and Associate Director, where the focus was on Agile at Scale, client delivery, and team management. Erik's expertise extends to Scaled Agile, Agile Transformation, and Big Data, contributing to BCG’s Global and European Leadership Teams for these areas. Prior to BCG, Erik worked at Kabel Deutschland as Head of Management Information and Head of Business Intelligence/Datawarehouse, where responsibilities included strategic reporting and the introduction of agile methodologies. Erik began his career at Solon Management Consulting as a Manager, overseeing similar reporting and data warehousing initiatives. Erik holds a Ph.D. in Economics and a Diplom in Business Informatics from Technische Universität Darmstadt and has also studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
