Evgenia Hauser

Evgenia Hauser is an experienced Human Resource Manager currently serving as the EMESA HR Business Partner at The Boston Consulting Group since 2023. With over 15 years in HR, they have specialized in onboarding, employee engagement, and strategic advisory roles across various organizations. Previously, Evgenia held roles including HR Team Lead at Центр корпоративной медицины and HR Coordinator at BCG, where they played a key role in managing HR functions and supporting employee relations. Evgenia holds a degree in Document Science from Tomsk State University and several certifications, including a Hogan certification and a CIPD Level 5 certificate.
