Ildong Kwon

ILDONG KWON is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent firms. Currently, as Managing Director and Partner, Head of BCG Vietnam since January 2020, ILDONG KWON is instrumental in driving growth in one of the fastest-growing markets in Vietnam through collaboration with industry leaders and government entities. Prior to this, ILDONG KWON spent nearly 15 years at Oliver Wyman, holding various positions including Managing Director and Partner, where leadership in the Hong Kong office and headship of Vietnam were key roles. ILDONG KWON's career began in the Republic of Korea Army as a First Lieutenant, leading a rifle platoon. ILDONG KWON holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Seoul National University.
