Jai Kozar-Lewis

Jai Kozar-Lewis is currently an incoming Summer Associate at Boston Consulting Group, beginning in August 2024. With a robust background in business development and consulting, Jai has held multiple positions at Spectrum Consulting Group, including Director of Business Development, Project Manager, Consultant, and Business Analyst, starting in February 2023. At Michigan State University, Jai serves as a Community Engaged Scholar, focusing on civic engagement and economic development since September 2022. Additional experiences include a Consulting Internship at Crowe, participation in the Elevate to Innovate Externship at Accenture, and serving as a Newman Civic Fellow with Campus Compact. Internships at ZF Group in purchasing and a business development role at the Michigan Energy Innovation Business Council further demonstrate Jai’s commitment to professional growth. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, Jai is also part of the Honors College, having completed high school at East Lansing High School in May 2022.
