Javier Doblas

Javier Doblas is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), specializing in Energy and Climate. They have held various roles within BCG since 2016, including Consultant, Project Leader, and Principal, and were previously a Partner from 2022 to 2024. Prior to their time at BCG, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger from 2012 to 2015 and completed an internship as a Private Equity Analyst at Ardian in 2011. Javier earned a Master of Philosophy in Technology Policy from the University of Cambridge and holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Lycée Sainte-Geneviève.
