Karuna Shaikh

Karuna Shaikh is currently the Asia Pacific Operations Senior Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a position held since 2015. Previously, they served in several senior roles at BCG, including Operations Director and Senior Manager for Operations & BST HR in India. Prior to their time at BCG, Karuna worked at Capgemini as a Senior Manager in Infrastructure and Facility Management and began their career at Mastek as a Senior Executive in Travel Services. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the same institution.
