Kate Rist

Kate Rist is a highly experienced professional in global development and philanthropy, currently serving as a Senior Global Development Manager at CDP since May 2021. In this role, Kate is an income generation specialist managing a portfolio valued over $28 million, focusing on strategic funders such as We Mean Business, the Oak Foundation, and Wellcome Trust, among others, while achieving significant increases in donor engagement and income. Prior to this, Kate held project management roles at ODI, where responsibilities included leading Europe's migration work and overseeing high-value projects, and at the British Red Cross, providing critical project management support for technical advisory teams.
