Katherine Phillips

Katherine Phillips is a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since April 2019, having previously held roles as Project Leader and Consultant. At Harvard University, Katherine served as a Resident Tutor and Graduate Student from January 2011 to June 2022, completing a dissertation titled "Sol-Gel Chemistry of Inverse Opals," and worked as a Teaching Fellow in various chemistry courses. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Researcher position at MIT (July 2016 - April 2019), focusing on novel carbon capture materials, and internships at Harvard Art Museums and BASF. Katherine holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Harvard University and an Sc.B. in Chemistry and Mathematics from Brown University.
