Kelli Lane is an experienced HR professional specializing in global benefits and wellbeing, currently serving as the Global Benefits & Wellbeing Manager at Boston Consulting Group. With a strong background in HR operations, benefits, and global mobility, Kelli has worked in both the United States and Southeast Asia. Previously, Kelli held various roles, including Intensive Care Nurse and account management positions, where they excelled in team leadership, policy development, and employee engagement initiatives.
