Kevin Kelley

Kevin Kelley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational transformation and leadership. Since 2005, Kelley has held the position of Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where responsibilities include leading global efforts in People & Organization Transformations for effectiveness and efficiency. Prior to BCG, Kelley served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps from 1996 to 2003, fulfilling roles as Staff Platoon Commander and Executive Officer. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in History and English from Stanford University, as well as an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Boyd Anderson High School.
