Krishnan V

Krishnan V has extensive experience in global compensation and total rewards management, currently serving as Global Compensation Manager and previously as Global Compensation Senior Specialist at Boston Consulting Group from June 2022 to July 2024. Prior to this role, Krishnan held various positions at Deloitte India (Offices of the US) from September 2019 to June 2022, including Assistant Manager in the Total Rewards Center of Excellence and Senior Analyst roles. In addition, Krishnan contributed as Co-convener for the HR Conclave at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in 2018, executed a project internship at Cipla focused on performance and rewards, and undertook a summer internship with Deloitte’s Total Rewards Team. Krishnan holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from SVKM's NMIMS and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from SIES College of Arts, Science and Commerce.
