Leila Hoteit

Leila Hoteit is a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), based in the Middle East, where leadership focuses on global topics related to Education, Employment, and Labor since May 2014. Additionally, Leila serves as a Partner and Managing Director at the World Economic Forum, contributing as a Young Global Leader in a community dedicated to shaping the global future. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President and Principal at Booz & Company and Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton. Earlier career positions were held at Schlumberger as a Business Development Manager, R&D Programme Manager, and Senior Research Scientist. Leila holds an MBA in Business Administration from INSEAD, a PhD in Electrical Engineering, and a BEng in Electrical Engineering, both from Imperial College London.
