Marlon Little, MBA, is currently the North America Administrative Services Senior Manager at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they lead and develop teams to enhance operations and drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Previously, Marlon held various leadership positions at State Farm, including Senior Claims Representative and Supervisor for License, Risk & Compliance, demonstrating expertise in claims management and compliance. Marlon earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
