Mitch Kirby

Mitch Kirby is a Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where work focuses on the intersections of Commercial Biopharma, Digital & Advanced Analytics, and Corporate Strategy & Development since January 2018. Prior to BCG, Mitch co-founded TransparentCareer and served as CEO and Head of Product from October 2015 to June 2018. A brief tenure as a Summer Associate on the Health Care Investment Team at GE Ventures involved significant contributions to health care technology investments, including leading the Series C investment in Omada Health. Mitch's earlier experience includes various roles at Booz & Company in the Health Practice from August 2011 to July 2014. Educationally, Mitch holds an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship & Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an AB in Molecular Biology from Princeton University, as well as an IB Diploma from Hillsborough High School.
