Monica Schwarm

Monica Schwarm has extensive experience in both legal and consulting roles, primarily at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from February 2019 to July 2022, where Monica held positions as Managing Director and Partner, Partner, and Principal. Prior experience includes serving as Special Legal Counsel for the Cook County Government, providing legal and strategic project management support in the Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management from August 2012 to August 2015. As a Political and Fundraising Consultant with Monica Heth Consulting from April 2010 to July 2012, Monica developed fundraising strategies and ensured compliance with campaign finance laws. Earlier roles include Law Clerk at O'Keefe, Lyons and Hines and Summer Associate at Gray Plant Mooty. Monica holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Chicago and a Certificate in Civic Leadership from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago.
