Niharika Gupta is a seasoned professional in the field of design and technology, currently serving as the Manager of Tech Advisory and Delivery at Boston Consulting Group since December 2022. Previously, Niharika held several roles at Walmart Global Tech, including Senior Manager of UX Research and Senior Design Researcher/Strategist, contributing to the enhancement of user experience across multiple projects from March 2021 to December 2022. Earlier experience includes a position as Lead Design Strategist at Wavicle Data Solutions, where Niharika led creative and design strategy initiatives from January 2019 to March 2021. Niharika's formative roles also include internships and research assistantships that focused on design research and marketing. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School and a Master’s degree in Strategic Design Management from Parsons School of Design - The New School.
