Pratap Menon is a seasoned consultant and transformation leader, currently serving as a Director at Boston Consulting Group, where they lead the global MDP Compensation & Equity Taskforce. With over a decade of experience, including significant roles at Deloitte and Deutsche Bank, Pratap has established a strong reputation in change management, strategic planning, and executive coaching. They are also the Director of the Progressive Academy and an Advisory Board Member for the International Education Management Agency, driving initiatives in leadership and education. Pratap holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick and various certifications in leadership and company direction.
