Saibal Chakraborty

Saibal Chakraborty is a highly experienced professional in management consulting and technology, currently serving as Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group since February 2015. Prior to this role, Saibal held various positions including International Director and Principal at Booz & Company, and Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton. Saibal began a career in technology with experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin Global Telecommunications and has also worked as an IT Consultant at both iORMYX and IBM, where significant contributions included developing the first search engine for IBM's AS/400 Web Server. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a Master’s degree in Materials Engineering from Drexel University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
